Where did the name come from?

We felt that dogs and mushers deserved better equipment and products for sled dog sports.  Since we were taking a completely new approach, we would need a completely unique name that described what sets us apart. Our 100% quality equipment drove everything we did, so 10 squared (100) captured that spirit. We demand 100% quality from ourselves, and that’s what we deliver to our customers.


When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship the next day depending on the time of day that your order is received. Please note: September through Late February is our peak season when most orders are received, so we do get backed up on orders from time to time.  Please be prepared to allow for a slightly longer ship time for orders during this time. We are also closed the first week in January so orders placed during that week will be fulfilled the following week. If you have any questions about your order, please send us a message.


Do you make custom items?

Yes, we make all types of custom gear, parts, and other products. Just contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We can give you an estimate and timeline. A good percentage of our work is custom work and we do it well.


Do you deliver to races?

Unfortunately, discontinuing our own racing involvement in 2014 means we’ve also limited the number of events that we now attend. We have delivered to some races since then and do make an effort to get orders to races or events. We just can’t make it to every event. If you desire an order to be delivered to a race, please let us know well ahead of time so we can assist you in finding a ride for your merchandise.


What are your business hours?

We are open from 9am to 3pm CST, Monday through Thursday. We are closed Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and for all major holidays.  We are also closed the first week in January.
